The house is designed for the constrained site in the dense low-rise surrounding which is close to the center of the city. Traditional "lawn" in front of the house is placed upon a roof that provide the remarkable view of Kotorosl embankment. In addition to the excellent view, the terrace on a roof provides the necessary level of privacy for inhabitants.
